the blind, is pleased to announce the release of Sendero GPS Version 4.2
with 20 new software enhancements. Sendero GPS has ten times the US points
of interest content versus other accessible systems. The mPower Braille or
regular keyboard interface is easy to use and the little PK weighs less
than one pound.
New Sendero GPS users will enjoy even easier and more automatic GPS
navigation while preserving the power of a keyboard interface for searching
and exploring one's environment.
In addition to its wealth of functions and simple operation developed over
the past 8 years, Sendero GPS Version 4.2 now includes:
* Audio and text files can now be associated with points of interest.
Navigate to a restaurant and then hear or read its menu. Give points of
interest voice annotations if you like.
* Surrounded by skyscrapers and getting poor GPS readings? Tell Sendero
GPS to go into City Mode and experience more consistent heading announcements.
* When you come out of a subway and know which way you are facing but GPS
doesn't, you can manually set a heading. GPS will take over once you start
moving.
* A new map engine improves route calculation.
* Save route directions to a file for printing, embossing or sharing.
* The Sendero LookAround mode now announces street, city or state changes.

For existing users,
The price for this upgrade is $149. Users who have an SMA available, may go
to http://www.MySendero.com and log in with your serial number and password
to download the new software. This is different from previous releases
where we emailed you the software. There is no need to download new maps.
Your existing Version 4 maps will work with 4.2.
For those who purchased version 4 after November 17, an extra upgrade has
been added to your account to cover our 30 day product guarantee. If you do
not have an upgrade and think you should, please email
[EMAIL PROTECTED] with an explanation. We are hopeful that our new
software download site will make this upgrade convenient for all users.
