My braillenote mpower qt running 7.5 build 27 has just crashed. The batter ran flat and I did a simple reset. That did not work so I did a service reset everything was set back to factory defaults. While I understand I cannot restore anything unless it had been backed up this is the second time this has happened to my unit. I don't know why it happened and I had over 100 mb of space left on my flash drive. I need to reinstall all of my programs such as gps, dictionary, and the nemeth code tutorial. I hope that someone from hw will see this but since I don't have any addresses I couldn't send it to them directly. It was like I had just gotten my bn for the first time like it was the first time it crashed. I am thankful it still works and this will for sure teach me. I will be in the process of putting it back togetherr so to speak. Rhonda if you see this I was hoping if you were able to perhaps you could help me with some stuff I forgot how to do.
