Hi, try a C1 C4 reset. You do this by holding down C1 and C4
until the braille display says "off" the you tap them again and
keysoft will reload.

My PK seems to have frozen in the middle of creating a route and

reset it; I've tried C3 C4 reset which has worked in the past but

hasn't done anything. I guess I need to try the other reset but
I can't
remember what that is and haven't got the manual nearby at the
moment.
Please could someone tell me how else to reset the PK?
