Hello guys, some one from the list did reply about the issue but they didn't know how to fix it.
If anyone knows how to fix it, please reply to this message on the list. For you people who forgot about the specs, its windows XP service pack 2 with the standard Microsoft drivers. Please consult the prior message for more details. Oh yeah, I am using jaws for windows 8.0 build: 2173 U I need to get this fixed for school.
