Donna, Are you pasting the content of the clipboard into a Braille formatted documented or a text formatted document? This may make the difference between the content being in Computer Braille and Grade 2 Braille.

When I go to read the document later, everything is in grade one Braille. The same thing happened when creating a Rich Text format. What am I doing wrong? This never happened with Keysoft 7.2 build 47. Is there some kind of symbol that I need to get rid of? Also at the top of the Word and RTF files is the symbol ed sign followed by l and g.
