You can use a cereal cable with a nul modem adapter if it doesn't
work with the straight cable. You will have to tell the Blazer
that you are using a cereal connection and you might have to play
with the baud rate.

Hello, I know this topic has been discussed before, but I must
have deleted the responses with the information I need. I want
to use my BrailleNote MPower with my Braille Blazer embosser.
What type of cable do I need, and where can I get it? I have
found out that just any Usb to parallel cable does not work. Any
