Hi there,
Ther is a way to do that with some complications:
1. Press Reset button with dots 1-2-3v (FDS if you are using s
computer-style keyboard). Keep holding down the keys (except Reset) until a
chime like sound is heard. Release the keys.
2. At Main Menu, go to Faile Manager/Directory. Then navigate to Flash Disk
and press eNTER.
3. At the Folder Name prompt, pres SPACE and delete the following folders by
pressing BAcKSPACE with dots 2-3-5-6 (CTRL+8 on QT) when the name is
displayed: General, KeyList, KeyMail, KeyPlan, My Books, My Favorites. After
deleting these folders, press REset immediately.
YUou are done. (If I am correct)
Cheers,
Joseph
