Does anybody know if Humanware's offices will be open tomorrow?
We have an issue with my SMA on the voice Note.
Somebody did not do their job as I had asked them to do in September and I
had better have an answer by tomorrow evening as to why my sma from Voice
Note 40111 was not transferred to Voice Note 42992 or all hell is going to
break loose. Its bad enough that you people screw up 2 upgrades but not to
follow simple instructions to transfer numbers is an absolute disgrace. You
people are doing quite a good job of loosing your customer base aren't you?
No excuse whatsoever for this none whatsoever.
I hope you people in New Zealand read this so you know what your North
American Friends are not doing.
