Yes, I am sure that it was purely a typo and and John meant KeyWord rather than 
KeyNote. 

Converting Files 
1. From the Main Menu 
2. Press F for File Manager 
3. Press T to Translate a File 
4. Press E to Export a File 
5. Select the drive/folder/file name of the desired file to be translated 
6. Select the drive/folder/file name of the desired exported file along with 
the file type 

Setting Defaults for KeyWord 
1. From the Main Menu 
2. Press W for KeyWord 
3. Press S to SetUp KeyWord 
4. Change the desired settings

Hi, unless I'm missing something, Keynote doesn't exist for the 
BrailleNote/VoiceNote family of products. There is Keynote Gold, but 
that's the speech synthesizer used. I think you mean Keyword?
