Hi James,
It will work with the Braillenote if it is formatted in FAT32 rather
than NTFS. The way to find out is to plug the drive into a PC and
look in it's properties, it will tell you if it's formatted in FAT32
or NTFS. Not sure how else to explain this, so sorry if it doesn't
make much sense.
