Dear List,
You can yell at me as much as you want for this--I probably
deserve it. I got my BrailleNote mPower about two years ago.
This was when I was younger and not conscientious about taking
care of my equipment. My braille display, therefore, isn't in
the greatest condition. It's certainly still readable and none
of the pins are missing. Some just don't come up all the way.
My question is this. Me and my vision program are thinking about
getting it sent in for some general maintinance. Should we do
this? Or are there ways I can get my braille display in better
shape on my own? Many thanks in advance.
