Hi folks, I'm in the process of creating a knowledge base caontaining collection of articles, toubleshooting guides and encyclopedia and dictionary of terms related to KeySoft, Windows cE and BrailleNote family of products. I'm thinking of covering topics such as connectivity, settings, advanced word processing (including Unicode) and terms such as Tablet, WPA and FAQ's such as "How to set date and time" and "what is a difference between WiFi and Bluetooth." I'm thinking of sorting these articles based on categores such as connectivity, General, Upgrades and so on in addition to alphabetical and chronological sorting. If anyone has a topic, TSN or FAQ's that want me to cover on this knowledge base, let me know (on list and off list). Cheers, Joseph P.S.
