Are you upgrading to 7.5 from 7.2? If you are, you must have: The 7.5 product key, boot loader and nk.bin files on your 256 MB SD card. You want to remove all other cards, such as CF and PC/MCIA from your Mpower. If after installing the product key successfully, performing the reset with I think it is the 40-6 (J-L) keys held down doesn't run the boot loader, you need to contact Humanware Tech Support as there is something wrong somewhere.
