hI Andy, If you have an mPower, the SD card is the way to go. According to what I saw on the Bootloader, it says, "1. update Windows CE (KeySoft) using an SD card." Also, on one of the options, it allows a developer to choose to boot to an SD card instead of Flash Disk. Cheers, Joseph
