Hi there,
* You can buy any CF card from brands such as PNY, Sandisk, Toshiba, Staples, Kingston (you name it). Same is true for thumb drives. This also applies to SD cards with one rule of thumb: do not buy SD cards labeled SDHC (High Capacity); these cards are not supported. * To find out free space on a given drive, go to Main Menu (Menu key), go to File Manager/Directory (f/d) then press SPACE at the drive prompt until you hear the desired drive (in this case, CompactFlash). Press READ plus i to verify the free space left on the drive.
Cheers,
Joseph

Subject: [Braillenote] some questions about
braille note mpower

I have a friend that has one of these
mpowers, she has the qt
keyboard, and at the moment she can't keep up
with the volume of this
list. so I agreed to subscribe and ask her
questions for her.

first off... what brands of Compact Flash
cards can be used with the
mpower? Same for SD cards and thumb drives?

is there a way to tell how much space is left
on the CF cards with the
mpower? if so specifically how do you do
that?

I will likely have more questions later..
but that's it for now.
Thank you in advance for all help.

Thanks
Kathryn
