Hi Kathryn,
This might be caused by number of factors, including books, recordings, number of documents and so forth. Tell your friend to try going to Directory under File Manager, go to Flash Disk and try and see if there are folders that your friend created but are no longer needed. Also, try going into General folder and see if there are documents that take up some space on the drive. And, try going to My Memos folder and see whether there are recordings that your friend can "move" to a CF card.
Cheers,
Joseph P.S. PYI: what's your friend's name? Can you tell your friend to contact me directly using my email address?

Subject: [Braillenote] another question this
one about internal flash drive

keeping in mind she has a braille note mpower
w/ qt keyboard.

My flash drive only has 3 mb free. I often
have trouble with
that drive being filled so it can't complete
email operations.
What can I do to free up space? What is
taking up so much space?

Thanks again in advance, and thanks for the
help so far I've received
for her. the instructions for the remaining
space on a CF card
worked. thank you!

Thanks
Kathryn
