Hello All,
I am not sure what you guys are talking about, because I have a 5 gb Microdrive from Toshiba which I have had since my classic, and it works with the mpower just fine. I have one, that when I insert it with the unit on, it will lock up, and I have to reset and then it is fine, and I have another that I have no problems with.
I hope this helps,

Robert Stigile

Hi

As Alex said the 5GB PCMCIA disk won't work in the mPower.
I wasn't told either when I went for a transplant.
I almost certainly still would have gone for the upgrade from
Classic, but it would have been nice to have known before.
I took a full backup on to the card before sending it in, just in
case, and then found I couldn't have used it if I had had to.
Very thankfully, I didn't need to.

Regards,
Steve.
