Hi:
My concern is that I have been waiting for the inproved Word
support for the last few paid updates. It has been promised for
some time, but has not yet appeared.

Humanware is working on word support.
We just have to be patient and wait for the next version of
KeySoft.

Subject: [Braillenote] word support again
hi
read this below statement taken from a presss release way back
when ks
six point one was released
BrailleNote's transparent handling of Microsoft Word is
unrivalled in
the blindness technology industry. Write an immaculately
formatted
document in our powerful word processor, attach it to an e-mail,
and
it automatically gets translated into a format readable by your
sighted peers. No need to save in another format, no need to
concern
yourself with back-translation, the BrailleNote is smart enough
to do
all that for you. Now, that support just got a whole lot
better, with
support for Microsoft Word 2002 and 2003 documents. Have
friends and
co-workers send you material in the latest Word format by
e-mail, and
instantly turn it into a Braille file if you wish.
the aspect which makes me laugh is, oh yes you can use the
latest word
2003/3004 files, so why is it half the time all of us get
conversion
exception errors, even on word 97 files?will
