Hi, you can't set up rules with email on the Braillenote. You can
set up folders in the email program so once you have your
messages in the inbox you can move them to other folders. Also
you can use the find function to search for certain words in the
subject line or messages from one address. Like when I have quite
a few messages in my inbox and I only want to read ones from the
braillenote list I use the find function to search the subject
for braillenote and then I only get the messages from the
braillenote list so I can read them then go onto other messages.
