The display and everything would be how I designed it; there are
no rules since I would have to make everything from the ground
up. Maybe there is a way to make a z-code game but have it be a
card game, I will have to investigate the language more to know
for sure. It would be easier to do it that way, though. The
semester just started here so any projects like that will not be
too quick in coming, but they are there.
Have a great day,
Alex

Super Alex;
My big wish would be solitare. The thing I can not figure out,
in a
card game, if you have, king, queen, jack;
If the jack is showing on the braille display, how would you know
the
row starts with a king and how would you handle colors and suits.
Do
they come up just like a braille set of cards. Where are your
extra
cards. As you can see, I have not tried any games.
I also like spelling games and quiz games.
Also, is there any way you could play chess on the m-power?
Just a few ideas.

In my spare time I am trying to get some simple card games, like
Blackjack or HiLo, written for the bn. Another list member is
working
on this as well and the list will know when and if we make
progress.
Have a great day,
Alex

hi, although there are some java script games that are compatible
with
the bn, like guess the number at thehemlocks.net/mehgcap/gtn.html
and
destroy the castle at
server.dragonslayergames.net/dragonslayergames
not quite sure about the address, but the link is there.
hth!!!

no, and even some text games do not work.
the only text games that will work are with a z5 or z number
extention
because they are writen in ZCode.

Subject: [Braillenote] MPower- Non-text games
Hello List,
Can anyone tell me please if there are any numerical (e.g.
solitaire type)
games compatible with the MPower?
I have the usual text based games loaded but would prefer the
more
numerical
type instead.
Regards and thanks,
Denis
