yeah well, the embosser bugs have existed since ks 7.0 or even 6.2 ever
since i upgraded to an mpower.

What version and build of KeySoft are you running on your Mpower?
If it is 7.5 build 28 you probably need to write to
[EMAIL PROTECTED] with specifics as to exact model of
Laser Jet, and Index embosser etc. as it sounds like something is
wrong somewhere.
