I like Joseph have not had any trouble with Word 2003 files on either my PK or
mPower since about KeySoft 7.0 or thereabouts. I
believe the issue may be the word files that are not opening properly may have
complex formatting markers or tables or something to
that effect making it so KeySoft isn't able to handle them.

Hi Craig,
For some odd reasons, I can open Word 2003
documents with no problems (at least on build
28 of KeySoft 7.5).
I guess it is time for yet anosr statistical
study for me to conduct, with the condition
that:
Null hypothesis: there is no difference in
Word handling procedure with KeyWord - in
other words, there is no problem with Word
2003 documents.
against
Alternate hypothesis: There is statistcaally
significant evidence that there are issues
with Word support.
with Inference of 95% confidence level with
margin of error of plus or minus 5%.
More details on the next post.
Cheers,
Joseph
