Sharon, I would try it on the PK just to confirm, that is if you haven't done it already. Next, I would just go ahead and try the Service Reset, ensure that the unit is plugged into the mains. At the moment there isn't much to lose. Lastley, has there been a revision made to the website since it was last working on the BrailleNote?

Then I wrote to some others that use that page and they said that they weren't having any problems. So last night I went onto my PC and looked up a book without any problems but at the same time if I looked it up on my Braille note I got the error. I have cleared all internet files, history and cookies. I have done a simple reset and a j k l reset but it is still giving me the error message. I don't know if I should try the service reset or if anyone else has any suggestions.
