I would try it on the PK just to confirm, that is if you haven't done it 
already. Next, I would just go ahead and try the Service
Reset, ensure that the unit is plugged into the mains. At the moment there 
isn't much to lose. Lastley, has there been a revision
made to the website since it was last working on the BrailleNote?

Hi, I regularly use my Braille note MPower QT running keysoft 7.5 
build 27 to check books on my library page and select new books. 
Lately I have been getting an error whenever I search for a book. 
There is two ways I have been doing it, one by clicking on the 
new books link and the other is by searching for a title or 
author. I first thought it was something wrong with the page 
because they have been having problems lately and I could still 
check what books I had on loan and renew them. Then I wrote to 
some others that use that page and they said that they weren't 
having any problems. So last night I went onto my PC and looked 
up a book without any problems but at the same time if I looked 
it up on my Braille note I got the error. I have cleared all 
internet files, history and cookies. I have done a simple reset 
and a j k l reset but it is still giving me the error message. I 
don't know if I should try the service reset or if anyone else 
has any suggestions.

to go down to the second text box to search for a book or you can 
try the new books link.
