Hello John,
After going around in circles I'm not sure there is any way to access the
mobile banking with the MPower, but am not giving up just yet. This is
purely a guess, but I think the problem is that the device or operating
system is not recognized so their security software won't let us sign in. I
had this problem on my PC a few years ago with them because they couldn't
recognize what version of Internet Explorer I was running.
Will let you know if I discover anything else.
Betsy

>From my PC I can connect to Bank of America and do my banking
business with only mild frustration. When I try connecting using the
mPower I get to a page that talks about Portable Banking and can't get
beyond that point. I am told that the device I am using is not supported.
Where should I go to be able to do banking on the go? The address for the
bank is:
www.bankofamerica.com
