Iyana I would create your own folder and when it asks you where you want to move the folder to you can move it there. To create a folder you type in the name of the folder you want like saved mail or something. It will say folder does not exist do you want to create and you say yes. Then when you go through your folder choices your new folder will be ther along with trash and my email which are the two options it gives you. I hope this helps.

Hi, in the received, the all, the sent, and the drafts if you
delete from them then you delete them from all folders in any
other including ones you create yourself you have the choice to
remove from this folder or move to trash. If you choose to move
to trash then it will be removed from all other folders.

Hope this helps,
From Shaz.

It is supposed to. The email is in the database that is keymail,
and each folder has what you can think of as a link to the email.
Erase it from any location and it is erased from the database.
In some folders, I cannot remember which, you have an option to
either delete from that folder only or move the email to trash.
This may be your best bet. Sorry this didn't really help, but
that is what is going on as I understand it.

Have a great day,
Alex

Hi List,
When I save email, it saves to three folders. When I erase one
copy, it erases all three copies. Anyone know how to get around
this?
Iyana
