Subject: German Grade 1.5

Ok my friend William!

Now to the issues with German Grade 1.5.

I have just taken my mPower which has 7.5 Build 28 on it, enabled German
and selected Grade 1.5.

I then went to the Options Menu, Keyboard Settings. I then set the
preferred keyboard braille grade for German to 1.5.

After that I created a kwb document using English, and when the blank
document was presented, I used Enter with L, then G to set the content to
German Grade 1.5.

I've attached the kwb file I created. It contains the Grade 1.5
contractions and some words using those contractions.

Regards

Maurice

hi

where can i start, smile
practically nearly every word is mucked up. i ahve a word wrap
equivalent on my macintosh yes and it is still mucked up. the word,
presentation for example on the first damn line is missing about 5
chracters. and the braillenote cant even read RTF
german still causing me issues maurrice too, i just still may send
this unit back and get my money back as although we are working
through these issues they are still happening
i sent you the files in another e amil
the KWB file reads perfect but the rtf of the same file is horrible i
have to type it all out word by word by word on my .ato now to be
honest what with this messing up my final year now of my degree and no
german that was there one minutes gone the next, i just can't cope
with this anymore consider i paid thousand british pounds for this

Hi William,

You will need to tell us what you think is missing between your
original
kwb file and what you are reading on the screen. Aletrnatively,
send me
the kwb file. We have a French person on our development staff and he
can't tell what is missing as distinct from errors that you may be
introducing as a result of your own writing.

When you open the document in Wordpad have you got the Word wrap set
to on.
My work machine still runs Windows 2000 and in that version of Wordpad
under the View menu there is an option to change the word wrap when
viewing
rtf or word files. If Word Wrap is set to "No Wrap" and you are
reviewing
the document using a screen reader such as JAW's you will only be
reading
that text that is physically showing on the screen. Any text
outside the
screen boundary will not be read by the screen reader.

Maurice
