It looks like the first time I sent this it only went to Malaina. Well, thanks for all the suggestions from all of you. Here is where I am at this time.
Shiela from Sendero called me but I was not home. She said that the problem was Either a cookie problem or a saved password that was not mine. Well, when I tried to call her back I learned that most of the Sendero staff is on a retreat. I went back and tried again to log in to the mysendero.com site and it went through with no problem. I downloaded the file I wanted and did the SDF reset before moving the file to the CF card. Now I can't find the 4.22 instalation file that I downloaded. Did I erase it by doing the reset? If not, where is it. I told it to go to my Downloads folder. There are two of them that I have found. One on the Flash Disk and the other on the Keysoft System disk. The Keysoft System disk Downloads folder is empty and there are a few things in the Flash Disk one but not the one I downloaded. Any ideas? I hope this is going to the whole list.
