Jeff,

It is very nice to see you on the BrailleNote list. I believe that you were
one of the participants during the WayFun 2006 event.

It will require that you pay for both upgrades as well as upgrade to 7.2
then to 7.5. It may actually be possible to upgrade directly to KeySoft 7.5.
Build 27/28 but it is required that you pay for both upgrades. This is one
of hte many reasons that it is important to keep current with software
versions and to have a SMA.

As for the GPS upgrade questions, there are instructions on the website,
www.senderogroup.com
If there are issues that you are finding with following the provided
directions, I am sure that the Tech Support department at Sendero Group is
more than willing to help out.

I would strongly encouraging consulting your ISP to assure that all settings
have been entered properly. Many ISP are moving towards SSL, a security
measure that will prevent hackers from intercepting your message. This SSL
feature was made available in KeySoft 7.5. There is the on-board user guide
that will detail the proper way of navigating via KeyWeb. If you have any
specific question, I am sure that many of the BrailleNote list members along
with myself are more than willing to answer them.

So, I hope that you do manage to upgrade to KeySoft 7.5 and Sendero GPS
version 4.2.

Kevin

Subject: [Braillenote] Jeff Lukacsena: help need with upgrading

Hello,

I just set up my wireless card. I am running Braille Note Mpower with
Keysoft 7.01 and I want to upgrade to the most current version whish is 7.5.
I think that I need to do two upgrades, first to 7.2, and then to 7.5 or can
I just go to version 7.5 of KeySoft.

Also another question for GPS. I have the new version of Sendero software
4.2 on a flash card, but not sure how to run the download off my flash card.

Also how to you navigate in the keyeb, and how do you use e-mail, I set up
my 2 e-mail addresses but no mail has come in yet.

Any help appreciated.
