Unfortunately, it is not possible for the user, or indeed ourselves, to create a new custom Braille table, or modify an existing one. This is something that can only be done by the BrailleNote's software development team. We had one request in the past for an Arabic Braille table, and discovered that the only way for this to be done was by the development team. Therefore, we would need to put in a request for this to the development team. If this was looked into, it would be likely to take a while to implement (it certainly wouldn't be done before your exams).
