Hi, you don't need a web address. if you alreeady have skype and are signed in, and can handle an html link <a href="callto:braillenote.chat">You could click here to call the bn chat skype name</a> If that didn't work, the name is braillenote.chat If you don't have Skype, you can go to skype.com, but I'm not sure beyond that point.
