I'm here to announce a special chat on
Monday, February 18th. It will take place at
Tek Talk room located at
www.accessibleworld.org. I scheduled it to
take place after the HumanWare presentation
(approx. 7 PM Pacific, 10 Eastern).
The chat is going to be all about BrailleNote
family of products from HumanWare,
specifically BrailleNote's features and FAQ
session (when HumanWare staff is present).
To use this chat room, you'll need a PC (not
the BrailleNote) with a microphone. If you
don't have a mike, you can still use text
chat.
To access the Chat room, go to the URL
mentioned above. Go to Tek Talk Room link.
If you don't have TC web conferencing
software from Talking Communities installed,
go to Click Here to downloadstinstall the
software link (or something similar).
com"stall it on your PC. If you installed
the TC software or if you have one, go to
Click here to comter the Room link. Type
your name then press ENTER. You should be in
the chat room.
Don't miss the HumanWare presentation too (to
learn more about Stream 1.2).
