Another way is to open keyweb and then use the normal commands to
navigate to where your html file is. Once there press space at
the "address?" prompt, then press space-x (I don't know the qt
command, but it is the same one you use to view different types
of files in any file list). You should see your html file if you
space down. You can also view text and braille files this way.

If memory serves me well you can read html documents on your
version of KeySoft.
Open up KeyWeb and go to any page.
Open up internet options - backspace with o.
You will find an option to read html documents, just follow the
prompts to the location.
