Hi, Joseph!

The two things I see on this List a lot deals with bluetooth, and wireless. Also, what about the problems people are having with computer braille with different things?

Subject: [Braillenote] Website updates and
few questions

Hi folks,
As you may know, I created a website called
BrailleNote PBWiki
(braillenote.pbwiki.com) that showcases
articles that I've written on
BrailleNote, especially instructions on
troubleshooting problems. As of
February 26, 2008, there are over twenty
articles and it's keep changing.
Relating to this, here is a question about a
certain section of a website:
I'm thinking of adding a little section on
the home page called "Top Five
Issues." I'm planning on receiving feedback
as to top five issues and
questions that came up on this list (not
operating system upgrade please)
and creating a list of instructions to fix
thixs problem. So, can you guys
tell me as to what are the top five issues
that the list might have
received.
Here's my list:
* What is Support Information Mode?
* What USB devices does BrailleNote support?
* What should a user do when his or her
BrailleNote suddenly stops working?
* How to set up a Gmail account?
* What is difference between regular Windows
and Windows CE?
And so on.
Any ideas? Thanks.
Cheers,
Joseph P.S. Hope to hear your feedback soon.
