Though I haven't checked the web site lately, I purchased the UAK some time
ago, and it failed to work. RFB&D tells me that they continue to work with
Humanware to resolve the issue and that they will let me know when it is
resolved. I am guessing they took it off the web site because it is still
faulty.

Hey list,
I have noticed that on the rfbd site, the uak for the bn is not there
anymore. I know it used to be because I've seen it, but now, there's just
the ones for the other software, most of which I'm not remembering, but I
went there quite a while back and noticed it was there, and it said it was
$20, and now it's not there. Would someone go there and see if I'm just
missing it? Also, how can I get books that you put on the bn? The only
ones I've seen in the book catalog are either on cd or cassette. Do you
rip it or something? How can I get it into the bn? Yes, I know via sd card
or something, but from the site to the bn? Does the book come like that,
or must one take it from the cd? If so, how?
