Hi all,
Hmmm, this question is a good one, and should be addressed by the
writer of the manual. The symbol for a "heading" is dollar-sign h, but
this is for a heading not a header. There is nothing in the manual
that I could see which indicates how to tell keysoft to make a running
"header" as opposed to a "heading". There is a difference between
these terms. A heading is a title or section title which is bolded and
is in a larger font when in print. A header is the first line of a
page and is usually the same throughout a document. There's no
distinction made in the manual.
If anyone knows more than me about this, speak up.
