XP or VISTA? And what version of JAWS is it running?; If you're running VISTA; a close friend found you just can't use the BrailleNote or any other Braille display as VISTA only supports incoming connections by serial port even virtual ones; and you need an outgoing one for the BrailleNote.; If you're running XP; it should work quite nicely.; Take care.; Brian; Brian K.
