Well, I'm using KS 7.5 build 27 on both my PK and mPower.  Just now, I set
each of the units to 1:58 AM on Sunday March 9 and watched to see what would
happen.  I also did not tell KS they were in daylight saving time when I
changed the time.  I then watched the Braille display of each.  The PK went
from 1:59:59 to 2:00:00 and then 2:00:01.  The mPower on the other hand went
from
1:59:59 to 3:00:00 and then 3:00:01.
