Ottawa Canada Dear Alice and list:
I don't normally post off topic messages here, but since many people use Outlook and Outlook Express, thought I would answer your question on the list once. If Outlook Express is like Outlook 2003, you can get a BCC field as follows: For just the message you are presently composing, move your JAWS cursor to the text "Send Options" and click the left mouse button, located just to the right of the Num Lock key on your numeric keypad. Then use the PC cursor to go down to the bcc button and press it. You now have a bcc field. There are some very interesting sending options on the Send Options dialogue! To have a BCC field shown at the top of each message you compose by default. 1. Press control plus n to begin composing a message. 2. Press alt plus v for the View Menu. 3. Cursor down to the BCC Field and press enter to select it. Now you have a BCC field available in each and every message you compose from now on. The To, CC and BCC field selections of the View Menu only are available when you are composing a message. I puzzled over this for weeks before I figured this out. Take care. Brian Brian K.
