It's somewhat hard to explain this answer...
Before I go into answering this question,
I'll try my best to understand your
situation:
* You have two Gmail accounts.
* After receiving email on your BrailleNote,
you went to Gmail website and check the
message count.
* Whenever you get email, you get a message
that contradicts the "receiving" reading - in
other words, you might get "receiving 1 of 1"
but it might say, "there are 4 new email" and
so forth.
Here's a likely explanation: let us say that
we have two Gmail accounts named "school" and
"home." You use these two accounts to
subscribe to same email lists such as this
one. First, you use "School" account to
receive two new messages from a mailing list.
Next, you use "home" account to receive same
number of messages from the same source. On
the first trial, KeyMail reports, "there are
two new email"; on the second trial, it might
say that there's no new email. By the time
you read these new messages, you find that
you only got two messages.
Here's why: KeyMail looks at the email
headers closely. If it has same headers e.g.
same "from" address, same subject, same
composure date, etc., then KeyMail will find
that the latter message was a duplicate of
the first one and will ignore the second
copy.
Regarding web access: since you are using
Gmail using KeyMail, by the time you go to
Gmail website, you'll find that you have no
new messages. This is because the message in
question was already downloaded by an email
client and there's no need to mark this
message as "new."
