Hi Michael,
Does your ISP have web mail? If it does, go in and delete the
offending email. If you can't get to the web yourself, call up your
support people and explain the problem. Tell them to go onto the pop
server and delete the offending message. <smile> This is when having
a Linux box that can do telnet really, really helps. However, this is
what to do.
