Compactflash (cf) cards are nothing like floppy disks. First,
they use a different technology to store information. Second,
they are much smaller and interface differently. Third, they can
store up to 32gb whereas a floppy can store up to 1.44mb. Fifth,
the pk has a cf slot whereas a floppy would have to be read by a
reader connected to the pk, but the pk cannot take such a reader.
The pk has 48mb ram, which you cannot access to store information
on; only keysoft can access the ram, for safety reasons. The ram
cannot be expanded by inserting a cf card.
Rom is 8 or 16 mb (I cannot remember which) and this is your
flash disk. You can expand potential storage with a cf card, but
that will show up as a separate drive, not increase your flash
disk size. HTH.
