Hello Sharon,

There were some issues with some of the first UAK's that were issued by
RFB&D, and this has been resolved. Any BrailleNote mPower or PK user in
the US that wishes to purchase a UAK for RFB&D's AudioPlus books should
contact RFB&D member services to place the order, or to receive a
corrected UAK if the original did not work.

Regards,

Hi, from what I understand people who have bought the key to play RFB&D
books haven't been able to get it to work and humanware and RFB&D are
looking into it. This is just from what I have read on this list because
I am unable to access RFB&D since I am living in Australia.

Hope this helps,
from Shaz.
BN QT MPower user.
