Hi Marissa,
A useful indicator of whether it is either storage problem or not
can be found by going to Options/SupportInfo Mode. Press SPACE
with o, followed by SPACE with i. At Support Info Mode, press
SPACE with i again. This "switch" gives you a percentage reading
of how much free memory you have.
This "not enough storage" is usually caused by low memory,
particularly virtual memory (a memory that does not exist but is
mace to exist to augment the physical memory). As the memory
usage increases, the likelyhood of this error occurring
increases. Thus, the solution (at this time) is resetting the
BrailleNote to free memory. Another useful solution (to free
storage memory) would be, as you said, deleting cookies and temp
files (From KeyWeb, press BACKSPACE with o, i, c for cookies or i
d for temp files).

Subject: [Braillenote] not enough storage
Hi all,
I know I've posted a lot to this list, but I'm getting this error
quite frequently now. I was wondering if this has happened to
anyone else. I'm have a BrailleNote BT and I'm running Keysoft
7.5. Every time I get this error not enough storage is available
to procecss this request almost all the time now. What am I
doing wrong? I don't know if I have to empty my temporary
internet files, or delete cookies. Any assistance would be
greatly appeciated. I'd like to thank you all for helping me
along the way. I love my BrailleNote, and don't know how I lived
without it. Wireless internet is great! I love composing all my
E-mails in braille! thanks to all who have helped me. Have a
