On the PK, it can b accomplished one of two ways:  
1. Deep Sleep, C1 with C4 to turn it Off and another C1 with C4 to power it
back On. 
2. Hard Reset, C3 with C4 with dots 456.

On the Classic and Mpower, do a 4-5-6 reset that is, reset with the keys for
those dots held down.  On a QT keyboard it is a j-k-l reset.

This deletes cookies and history.

On a PK, refer to the product documentation or ask here as I don't own a PK.
