The important point to remember is how long your Stream will work on its battery. If it doesn't run as long as you need it to, then contact Humanware Tech Support at: +1 (800) 722-3373 and follow the prompts for Tech Support on Blindness products. Also check your hardware Revision! Some Rev 2C units have a problem with the battery rapidly discharging and this is fixed in Rev 6S. Humanware I believe will give you a motherboard transplant of the new motherboard at no cost while your unit is in for display cleaning and a battery replacement. Do ask about the turnaround time.
