Hello John,
While sitting on the line containing the email address you wish
to hear, press space with the letter "o" and then press the
letter "s". This pulls up the option menu and then spells the
line. You could also use a letter "h" after the space with "o"
command and it would let you hear the line with maximum
punctuation and space characters etc.

Hello,
Sometimes I want to get the email address of a person who I have
received a message from. I am using a Voice Note, and haven't
found a way to get it to speak the address character by
character.
Am I missing something?
