Hi all,
I have noticed much increased HW presence on this list and just
want to take a moment to thank them for this. A few months ago
everyone was up in arms about how little participation hw was
giving to the list and how they didn't pay any attention to their
customers, but I have seen a lot of responses from a lot of new
[EMAIL PROTECTED] I, for one, really appreciate the time they
are taking to let us all know that we are indeed being heard.
When I sent out my list of bugs last week I got a very prompt,
off-list response from a man in Humanware thanking me for my list
and promising that it will be "taken up the chain of command" (my
words, not his). So thanks HW for the extra time; I know we all
appreciate it.
