Have you tried a simple reset yet? A 4-5-6 reset?

Hi list, What I meant was, my b n would say, there are 5 emails
in the outBox, send now? I would say yes, and then it would say 0
emails sent. And then when I sent the email about this problem
to the list, it said there are 4 emails in the outBox send now? I
would press yes, and the b n would say sending 1, 1 email sent.
any help would be appreciated.
