i have re set my BN and I checked the user guide just to make sure I had
everything correct and I do. It just gives the message "can not start
bluetooth" when I hit Y to turn on bluetooth. I dont know what else to do.
I have had a sighted friend check and bluetooth is enabled on my phone, so
thinking this is a problem with the BN. It does not even give me the prompt
search for bluetooth devices.

Hi, just restart the bluetooth. If that doesn't work then a reset may be
in order. I get this problem now and again, but it works the second time I
try to start it. Hope that helps.
