They always neglect to tell you that third party software is often barely
accessible or totally inaccessible even though you can install it.  Also,
seems that they must fear the competition of Humanware since they don't
offer this trade in for other notetakers.  And while we are at it, what on
earth do they do with competitor notetakers that they receive?
